Q. What is your average turn time?
A. We can have your postcards printed and ready to mail within 3-7 business days.
Q. Why should I do repeat mailers?
A. It's been proven that repetitive marketing is still the key to successful marketing. Mailers work just like repetitive TV commercials. The more a potential customer sees them the better the response rate will be. We want your mailer to succeed!
Q. Do you have a minimum print amount?
A. 5000 postcards is minimum print amount. This can sometimes be negotiated on a case by case basis, but to keep our costs and your costs low we generally stick to 5000 minimum order.
Q. Do I have to mail all 5000 postcards at once?
A. No, we stock your cards. Then we can mail them out weekly, bi-weekly, or however you would like to schedule it.
Q. Do I pay for it all up front?
A. You are only required to pay for the printing portion up front. Then you will only be charged after that for individual mailings.
Q. Can we design our own postcard?
A. Yes, but call or email us to get the proper design specs.
It is much cheaper to get past customers to spend more money. It costs 2-3x more to get new customers! You have to do both, obviously.
